As a supplier of premium quality products we strive for sustainable and safe operations. We do this by taking care of the following values in our daily business activities:
Health and Safety (H&S) policy:
The H&S policy is focused on creating a safe and healthy work environment and a reduction of sick leave. The following key elements are an expression of this policy:
- Compliance to Working Conditions Act
- Provide relevant training and education to employees in order to provide them with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the risks within their working environment and to make them aware of their responsibilities regarding health and safety.
- Provide safe and healthy work environment including safe tooling and equipment for the execution of their daily activities as well as for emergencies and for the prevention of accidents.
- Continuous improvement of the health and safety management system
- Actively strive to prevent sick leave
Environmental policy:
- Compliance to the Law on Environmental Conservation
- Prevention of unnecessary environmental impact
- Continuous improvement of environmental performance and of the environmental management system
Quality policy:
The quality policy for Vostermans Ventilation B.V aims to continuously improve customer satisfaction and the ISO 9001 quality management system. The policy aims to meet all relevant (customer) demands regarding:
- Quality
- Energy performance (ErP)
- Price
- Delivery time
Quality certification and regulations
Quality management is reflected in all parts of our organization. To keep our minds sharp, we have been ISO-9001 certified since 1993. This certification shows that our organization guarantees that our products and services meet the needs, requirements, wishes, and specifications of our customers and legislation. We are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our quality so we are better able to meet our customers' needs.

With attention to people and the environment
Investing in our people and their working conditions is very important. We continuously train our staff and improve in the environment in which they work.
Moreover, we feel socially responsible to make a proper contribution to our environment. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our performance and diminish its effect on the environment.
