Export manager (Region Central America / Latin America)

Who are we looking for?
  • You are preferably living in Central or Latin America. But we are also interested if you are willing to travel frequently to this area (if you are situated in the Netherlands or USA).
  • You have a relevant business or technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and relevant working experience.
  • You are a sales talent who is proactive and focused on results.
  • You are entrepreneurial and focused on developing long-term relationships with customers.
  • You are capable of performing the role of strategic sparring partner to support your clients.
  • You preferably have sufficient knowledge of agricultural businesses.
  • You have excellent communication skills in the English and Spanish language.
  • You are a goal-getter, hands-on and pragmatic.

I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current customers, but I also have a clear focus on creating new sales opportunities. Through my broad product knowledge, I consult customers about the usage of Vostermans products and I develop market strategies in collaboration with the distributors. I am supported by a loyal team of experts like a sales engineer or product manager I can rely on a dedicated team of R&D employees. To fullfil this job I travel around 50% of my time.


These are your daily tasks:
  • Develop and strengthen Vostermans relationships
  • Create a loyal dealer network by using all qualities of our customer-focused operation
  • Collect market data like developments and trends and translate these to sales opportunities
  • Understand the local customer journey, to formulate and implement our added values
  • Participate in exhibitions, sales seminars or dealer shows
  • Travel in the region to be close to local markets and customers
  • Realize sales to fulfill your budget
  • You communicate and work closely with our General Sales Manager.
