Vostermans Ventilation B.V.

A company manufacturing fans and control equipment for the agricultural and industrial market. Vostermans Ventilation is the manufacturer of the worldwide known Multifan and EMI fans, Mf-Flex motors and Mf-Net control equipment. Vostermans Alu Foundries B.V.

An aluminium foundry, specialized in manufacturing high pressure die casting, sand casting and gravity die casting products.

Vostermans sells Tooling and Prototyping activities to Modec

Vostermans Companies of Venlo (The Netherlands) has sold its tooling and prototyping activities to Modec of Belfeld (also The Netherlands). The sale is in keeping with Vostermans' vision, which is to concentrate more on the company's core tasks (fans and aluminium casting). For Modec the proposed acquisition means a further expansion of its portfolio and a strengthening of its market position. The merger will produce one of the largest companies in this field in The Netherlands.
