To make our ventilation program complete Multifan offers a wide range of ventilation accessories. Shutters, motor protection switches to protect the fans from overheating or fluctuating power supply, and wire guards.

Motorized inlet shutter

Vostermans Ventilation puts an inlet shutter on the market for agricultural and industrial applications. This motorized inlet shutter causes air to enter the room in a controlled way. In fully open position a relatively large amount of air, in comparison to traditional air intake systems, will flow into the room. However, in closed position the shutter lets almost no air and light through. Because the motor is mounted on the inside of the shutter, the installation is easy. The double bearing suspension of the louvers ensures a long life.

Shutters

For fans with a diameter of 300 to 920 mm Vostermans Ventilation supplies shutters made of ultraviolet protected PVC. The reinforced shutter blade has a steel rod which function as pivot point on both ends of the blade in the shutter. For fan sizes 63, 92 and 125 cm Vostermans Ventilation also supplies shutters of galvanized steel.

MBS  

Motor protection switches

The MBS-series exists of motor protection switches which protect fan motors against  overload and phase failure. The current range is 0,4-25 Amps.

For these switches an IP55 housing is available. Also available are auxiliary and alarm contacts.

For singlephase motors provided with a thermo contact a special version is available.

Wire guards

To protect the Multifan fans against outside influences we can deliver wire guards for the suction and blowing side for all the Multifan fans. The wire guards are corrosion resistant and in accordance with the international standards like OSHA and CE.
